Spring is here!

Spring is here, and the Pavilion is bustling with events. We’ve had a great time recently with many fun events including fundraisers, concerts, weddings, luncheons and more.

Spring is in the Air

As the meticulously manicured landscape grows at the Pavilion on the Lake so does the excitement for Spring and Summer events. Here at the Pavilion we have dusted off the BBQ, touched up the Gazebo and taken care of all of our spring chores. The Lake is full and ready to be the perfect back drop to your event.

Bride’s Choice Award 2011 Winner

The Pavilion on the Lake is honored to stands among the top five percent of wedding professionals in the WeddingWire community, representing quality and service excellence within the wedding industry. Awards were given to the top wedding professionals across 20 service categories, from wedding venues to wedding photographers, and were based on the overall professional achievements throughout the past year.

On behalf of the City of Atascadero and in particularly the Pavilion staff we thank everyone that made this award possible.

Come to the Annual Holiday Boutique at the Pavilion on the Lake this Saturday, November 20th!

Every year on the third Saturday in November, the City of Atascadero hosts the Holiday Boutique at the Pavilion on the Lake.  This is a wonderful Craft Boutique filled with local vendors that sell handmade items.  All items are unique to the seller and provide for a great event for everyone!  Whether you are shopping for gifts, or to see the new and exciting things that are made locally, this event is always filled with great products.   The Holiday Boutique has close to 60 vendors and is free to attend!

The 2010 Holiday Boutique is this Saturday, November 20th from 10 pm- 3 pm.

The Boutique is held rain or shine.

The Pavilion caterer, Pacific Harvest Catering will be on site with coffee, snacks and lunch available for purchase.

Here are some pictures from the 2009 Holiday Boutique – many of these vendors are coming back this year, and we also have some great new vendors!!  We can’t wait to see what everyone displays this year!

A WONDERFUL AUGUST EVENT!

Every August for the past two years, the Committee in Support of Atascadero Public Schools (CAPS) has hosted a wonderful fundraiser at the Pavilion on the Lake.   The 2010 CAPS event was on August 14th and encompassed the theme “Reach for the Stars”.  Funds that are raised are given to various public schools in Atascadero in the form of grants.

The evening included a cocktail hour with Opollo wine, tray passed hors devours followed by a gorgeous sit down meal of top sirloin accompanied with entertainment.  Catering was provided through Pacific Harvest Events.  Throughout the night, guests bid on a silent auction.  After dinner a live auction took place with all proceeds going to the schools.  A live band was also featured during the event.  After the dinner and the auction came to a close, guests put on their best dance moves for the rest of the night.  Everyone that attended had a great time!  The event is put on each year entirely by volunteers.   The committee is already working on next year’s event.  It will be on August 13th, 2011.  For more information on CAPS, please visit: http://supportatascaderoschools.org/.

Welcome to Our Blog

Welcome to the Pavilion on the Lake!  The Pavilion is a wonderful and unique event facility for any occasion.  The Pavilion features a spacious deck overlooking the Atascadero Lake,  and a 4000 square foot Great Room with panoramic lake views and gorgeous hardwood floors.  We are looking forward to updating our friends through our new blog, and hope you will enjoy our entries.  To name a few events, the Pavilion hosts meetings, conferences, mixers, weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, reunions, comedy shows, musical performances, proms and baby showers.  That list is not exhaustive – we can accommodate just about any event you’d like to host at our facility. 

The Pavilion on the Lake also features a boutique catering company to meet all of your needs for your event.  Pacific Harvest has built a reputation for using fresh local fare to create flavorful meals and memorable events.  All menus can be customized based on your requests.
